Our Craft

One studio. Every trade.

From the first sketch to the final pane of glass, your home is shepherded by a single, salaried team.

Architecture

Senior architects develop every plan in-house. We do not subcontract design; the hand that draws your home is the hand that walks the site.

Structural Engineering

Our engineers specialize in heavy timber. Snow loads, seismic conditions, wind exposure — calculated and stamped under our own seal.

Timber Framing

Joinery cut and pegged by master framers. Mortise-and-tenon, dovetail, scarf joints — the old grammar of wood, executed precisely.

Stone & Masonry

Local quarry stone is laid by a single mason crew, from foundation to chimney crown, so the building reads as one continuous gesture.

Interior Design

Our interior designers work beside the architects from day one. Furniture plans, material palettes, bespoke joinery and lighting schemes are conceived as part of the architecture, not applied after it.

Project Stewardship

A single project lead from groundbreaking to handover. One number to call. One name on every document.

A Quiet Standard

No detail subcontracted to chance.

Because our trades work for one studio, the seam between drawing and built object disappears. The hand-rail meets the newel post the way it was drawn. The window mullion aligns with the joist above. Quiet things — the things that make a house feel inevitable.
